sales policy

Thank you for taking the time to consider purchasing a rabbit from Kritter Korner Rabbitry!

Please review the following terms before committing to purchase one of our rabbits:

1)  We reserve the right to refuse sale or cancel a sale to anyone for any reason. Should we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

2)  All prices are non-negotiable. We price our rabbits according to what we feel is their value. We put a lot of care into pricing our rabbits honestly.

3) To hold a rabbit a 50% non-refundable deposit is due within one week once you commit to purchasing a rabbit. Rabbit(s) will only be held for a maximum of 2 weeks (14 days) unless other arrangements are made prior.  If the rabbit(s) need to be housed past this 2 week period, and with our approval, then there will be a $5 per week per rabbit boarding/care fee.  All arrangements and fees are to be paid and made in advance.
We accept, money orders, email money transfers, and paypal (with the 3% service fee added) however at the shows we will accept cash only. The total amount must be paid in full before taking possession of the rabbit.

4) Rabbits can be picked up at Kritter Korner Rabbitry, or may be picked up at any show we attend. Shipping is available at the buyers expense. We prefer to ship Westjet. Sometimes we may be able to meet you half way to arrange for a pickup. Please email us regarding that information.

5)  All show animals will be represented honestly, to the best of our knowledge.  We will do our best to disclose any known faults or DQ's. We do not guarantee success on the show table, nor do we guarantee the breeding success of the rabbit.  Buyers are encouraged to look over the rabbit for any signs of illness, DQ's or faults as well as to verify the gender.

6) We DO NOT sell sick rabbits.  All of our rabbits are weaned and healthy at the time of sale.  We will not sell any rabbit that is younger than 6 weeks of age - NO exceptions!  We will not sell any rabbit that shows any signs of illness - NO exceptions!  We are not responsible for the rabbit once it has left our care, nor will we be responsible for any medical/veterinary costs incurred.  However, if we have agreed to hold a rabbit, that is paid for, for either pick up or delivery, and the rabbit becomes ill or injured, we will replace with a rabbit of equal value if there is one available, or refund your deposit.

7) We are happy to answer any questions that you may have at anytime.

8) If there ever is a problem with your rabbit, please feel free to contact us immediately.

9) All sales are final once the transaction is complete.

10) We have the right to treat our trading partners favorably. This is a relationship that develops over time from working together and helping each other towards a common goal of breeding rabbits to meet the ARBA standard as closely as possible.
